Yankuba Sonko

Yankuba Sonko is a distinguished public service leader with decades of experience in national security, governance, and institutional administration. As the longest-serving Inspector General of Police in The Gambia, he led major reforms, strengthened national security operations, and oversaw one of the country's most critical public institutions with professionalism and integrity.
