Alagie Marong

Alagie Marong is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in logistics, infrastructure coordination, and high-volume operational management. As a senior manager at the Gambia Ports Authority, he has developed deep expertise in managing complex systems, supervising large teams, and ensuring efficient movement of national transport and trade operations.

At Continental EV & Energy Center, Alagie oversees day-to-day project execution, site operations, and field coordination for EV charging deployments and renewable-energy installations. His hands-on leadership, operational discipline, and strong inter-agency collaboration skills ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with national development goals.
